We may be just what you are looking for Advantage is looking for a Boiler technician interested in learning Refrigeration and A/C and to build our relationship with our team and clients. A successful hire will have a strong passion for people by over communicating, staying qualified with acquiring new and updating current certifications and finally showing a willingness to care about themselves, their community, their peers, suppliers and clients. Responsibilities include: - Service Walk-in equipment - Service Reach-in equipment - Service Rooftop equipment (RTU, MUA) - Service Data centers - Service Boiler and heating equipment - Be able to work on heat exchangers - Perform routine maintenance on boilers and water treatment systems - Install and repair boilers and their associated piping systems - Work as part of a team Additional Responsibilities: - Have fun - Staying with the client until every reasonable effort has been exhausted to get the client up and running - Doing & being your best - Client satisfaction and engagement - Over communication within your team and with clients - Remaining relevant with updated certifications and training See What Our Employees Have To Say: "As an electrician learning the HVAC/R trade I have had nothing but support and opportunities to learn working with Advantage.
