**Bilingual (English and French) Customer Service and Sales Representative - CPAP Devices**
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming phone calls in English and French (full fluency and superb communication skills in English and a great ability to communicate in French on the phone are necessary)
- Sell CPAP devices to customers over the phone
- Pick and pack online orders
- Ensure proper client file maintenance, record charting, and report preparation.
- Drive sales of CPAP devices, masks, and supplies
- Undertake other assigned administrative tasks
- Able to work both independently, without direct supervision, and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent interpersonal communication in English and French (verbal and written), organizational, and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with a multitasking mindset
- Strong computer literacy
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour
