**Overview of Position**:
We are hiring for temporary, full-time Line Workers, with a schedule consisting of four, 10-hour days per week, Monday through Thursday. The term of employment will commence on the date of hire and continue for 3 months. This term may be extended and have the potential for permanent employment, which would include qualifying for our extended benefits and other associated perks.

**Who are we looking for?**
We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled, and dedicated Line Worker to join our team If you are excited to support us through a busy time of year and get to know our team and our product line, then you may be who we are looking for

**What will you do?**
- Perform line pre-operative and post-operative checklist.
- Fill and pack coffee bags in boxes or trays.
- Ensure weight and date are correct and appear on all bags.
- Wrap skids as required.
- Ensure inventory of operation supplies: boxes, trays, tapes, wrap, fresh seal, labels.
- Maintain integrity of the production floor and follow GMP guidelines: hair nets, aprons,

dress codes.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and ensure a safe work environment in the area.

**Considerations**:

- This position requires physical movements such as but not limited to: lifting boxes up to

40lbs waist high, reaching and bending.
- May be required to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Working in a manufacturing environment; temperature fluctuations of heat and cold,

noise. Strong scent of roasted Coffee.
