**Position Overview**
We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable **HVAC Service Dispatcher and Receptionist** to join our administrative team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working with people, and has experience in dispatching or administrative support within a service-based industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with service requests
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians to job sites efficiently
- Generate sales leads
- Coordinate daily technician routes and adjust as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of work orders
- Provide administrative support to office staff and management
- Ability to handle a lot of incoming calls with great accuracy
- Handle data entry and customer follow-ups professionally
- Support smooth office operations and contribute to a positive work environment

**What We’re Looking For**
**Education**:

- Secondary School Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- 1+ year of administrative experience (preferred)
- 1+ year of dispatching experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of HVAC or service industry is an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday (may vary slightly depending on business needs)

**Location**:

Pay: From $18.60 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
