We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and patient caregiver to provide in-home support and companionship to an elderly client. The caregiver will assist with daily living activities, promote a safe and comfortable home environment, and offer emotional support to enhance the client's quality of life.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide companionship through conversation, activities, and emotional support.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting as needed.
- Prepare and serve meals, ensuring proper nutrition and dietary needs are met.
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe, clean living environment.
- Remind client to take medications as directed (no medical administration required).
- Accompany client to appointments, errands, or social activities.
- Monitor and report changes in client's health, mood, or behaviour to family or supervisor.
- Encourage mobility and light exercise as appropriate.
- Provide respectful and dignified care, honouring client's independence and preferences.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $20.34 per hour
