Our Squamish location is looking for an Estimator with potential growth to join our Squamish team with prior collision estimating experience. We offer highly competitive pay, a great work environment where you are not just a worker but a part of a team who support each other to succeed.

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally to assess their needs, ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the repair process.
- Communicate with insurance companies to obtain repair authorizations and handle all related documentation.
- Inspect and evaluate vehicle damage to prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates.
- Collaborate with technicians to review appraisals, explain necessary repairs, note customer-pay items, and clarify special instructions.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process, including repair techniques, updates, and estimated completion dates.
- Maintain strong working relationships with insurance adjusters, vendors, and business partners.
- Provide timely updates to all stakeholders regarding vehicle status and any changes to repair plans.
- Write and submit supplements and finalize estimates after repair completion.
- Manage Repair Orders efficiently to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
**EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous experience as a Collision Estimator or Insurance Appraiser.
- Strong background in damage analysis and repair planning.
- Proficient with estimating software such as **Mitchell Cloud Estimating.**
- I-CAR certification or other industry-recognized training is preferred but not required.
- Proven ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean and insurable driving record.
