**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Engage with customers in person, online, and over the phone to help them find the perfect RV for their needs.
- Guide buyers through the full sales process—from first contact to delivery.
- Conduct walkarounds and highlight the features, benefits, and lifestyle of the RV experience.
- Negotiate pricing with confidence and professionalism.
- Follow up with leads and past customers to drive repeat and referral business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A self-starter with a positive attitude and passion for the RV lifestyle.
- Motivated by commissions, bonuses, and performance-based rewards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to customer satisfaction.
- Previous RV or automotive sales experience is an asset—but we’ll train the right person.
