DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Training & Development:

- Design, facilitate, and continuously improve training programs for all Client Services employees with a focus on ensuring that users successfully embrace and effectively use new systems, tools and processes.
- Utilize a variety of instructional methods including in-person workshops, e-learning modules, and webinars.
- Develop and maintain all training materials, procedure manuals, system documentation, and business readiness documentation, ensuring they are current and clear.
- Manage the training component of the onboarding process for new hires.
- Business & Systems Analysis:

- Act as a key participant in departmental and corporate projects, representing the needs of the Client Services department.
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions.
- Gather and document detailed business requirements for new systems or enhancements to existing ones.
- Testing & Quality Assurance:

- Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases (Functional, Regression, User Acceptance, End-to-End).
- Execute testing, document results, and manage the defect resolution process to ensure high-quality system releases.
- Departmental Support:

- Assist department leadership by handling escalated inquiries and providing support to team members.
- Act as a change champion to help people overcome resistance to change and learn new ways of working.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & DESIRABLE ATTRIBUTES
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Business Analyst or related field. An equivalent combination of education and 2-3 years related experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated experience in corporate training, instructional design, or employee development.
- Proven experience in a business analysis, systems analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into easily understandable content for non-technical users.
- Highly organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a project-based environment.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or a related industry is a strong asset.
