**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**

Summer Student - GTA

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) provides customer service and support to Air Liquide’s clients and to other sales team members. The ISR places and processes customer orders either in person at the Sales Centre or over the telephone. The ISR prepares cost estimates for product delivery, responds to technical questions, coordinates deliveries with distribution warehouse and cylinder operations.

**Are you a MATCH?**
- Currently attending university
- Provides main point of contact for customers on a daily basis either in person at the Sales Centre, or on the phone.
- Promoting Air Liquide’s products, processing customer orders, preparing cost estimates for product delivery, responding to technical questions, registering customer complaints, creating quotes for specialized products and coordinating deliveries with Air Liquide’s other divisions.
- Receives deliveries in the warehouse of the Sales Centre and retrieves products for customers from the warehouse. May use forklift and pallets to bring out large items onto loading dock for customers.
- Will sometimes assist customers with loading product into their vehicles
- Processes customer payments, shipping vouchers and monthly invoices.
- Re-stocks display shelves in retail area.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bramalea, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
