Assistant Manager Part-Time (could lead to full-time) You are a charismatic and enthusiastic team leader who assists in motivating and coaching team members to ensure the highest standards of quality, customer service and cleanliness. You have a “can do” disposition and easily plan and execute methods of increasing sales and achieving targeted costs. Duties:
Work closely with the store manager and assist in daily operations of the store.

Implement operational procedure.

Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports. Control Inventory.

Promote customer relations. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.

Monitor staff performance.

Train and supervise staff.
- **Qualifications**:_1 year management or 1 to 2 years supervisory experience in a fast paced food service environment.

Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English.

Excellent computer skills.

Proven decision maker, problem solver and critical thinker.

A natural team leader who prides themselves on building relationships with guests and your team.
- **Work Conditions**:_

Fast Paced, Tight deadlines, Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive a competitive salary, taking into consideration experience levels as well as education in related fields.

Based on performance there is the potential to receive annual pay-for-performance increases.

**Required experience**:
**Food Services: 2 years**

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)
