**Key Responsibilities**:
Reporting directly to the COO, the Operations Manager will:

- Collaborate with team leaders in scheduling, shipping, and production to ensure seamless coordination and efficient operations.
- Supervise the manufacturing process, closely liaising with the order-processing team to ensure timely production while upholding quality standards.
- Ensure coverage for team leaders during holidays and absences to maintain uninterrupted operations.
- Manage material and equipment availability to optimize workflow and meet production requirements.
- Working with the Quality Manager, implement and maintain quality standards, conducting regular audits and collaborating with the Products Team, striving for continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety procedures, promoting a safe work environment.
- Prevent disruptions to customer service by addressing stock availability and quality issues.
- Oversee production and quality control for all Legend products, implementing robust quality assurance protocols and product improvements.
- Stay informed about industry standards and best practices in quality control for commercial vehicle aftermarket products.
- Establish clear quality metrics and KPIs to measure production performance and track progress.
- Establish utilization rates based on a developed machine utilization formula.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and streamline procedures to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Foster a collaborative and passionate team environment, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and lean manufacturing principles.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: $75,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
