**OPPORTUNITY FOR RE-SET ASSOCIATE**

We are currently recruiting for a **Re-Set Associate**. Associates in this position work towards our goal of improving and standardizing our product presentation throughout our stores.

Career steps could be to move into a leadership role in merchandising, store planning or project management.

**Starting wage: $17.00**

**Primary responsibilities**:

- Work with merchants and vendors to identify best practice principles for merchandising our products to fulfill customer needs and meet our financial objectives.
- Creation of planogram documents using planogram software that support best practice merchandising principles.
- Leading team effort to merchandise sample bay in existing store or test centre.
- Support roll-out of merchandising plan to appropriate store types.
- Work with analytics team to measure financial success of planograms.
- Provide merchandising support for store set-up team projects - assortment listings, planograms, images, etc.
- On-site participation in store set-up projects.

**Requirements**:

- Enjoy merchandising and have some merchandising experience.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work with detail.
- Proficient in software programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to learn how to use Planogram software.
- Ability to collaborate with other teams within organization.
