**The Role**:
Our team at Richcraft Homes is seeking an experienced individual to assist with minor job related tasks in the home and interacting with homeowners on warranty items.

**In This Role, You Will**:

- Responsible for installation of railings/posts, drywall repairs and roofing repairs
- Maintain cleanliness by removing all excess garbage
- Performs physical labour on a daily basis
- All other duties as required

**What You Bring**:

- Organized with an attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous residential construction knowledge
- Valid Driver’s licence and personal vehicle is required
- Personal Tools is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
