**Overview**
Be part of a trusted local brand that’s been serving Morinville for generations. We’re looking for a dedicated Store Manager to lead our team, drive results, and create a positive shopping experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

**Duties**
- Oversee all daily store operations and ensure smooth, efficient workflow.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales and service goals.
- Maintain strong customer service standards and handle escalated concerns.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, receiving, and product merchandising.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase profitability.
- Supervise team members to meet business needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations.
- Uphold store presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising standards.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and the local community.
- Support marketing promotions, seasonal displays, and in-store events.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and performance updates.
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, signage, and facilities.

**Experience**
- 3-5 years of retail management or supervisory experience (hardware or home improvement environment an asset)
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory control.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving performance goals.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and company values.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
