We are a growing pizza business in Vancouver, currently with three locations. We offer a chance to be part of a diverse culinary scene and team in one of three thriving Vancouver neighbourhoods: Gastown, Mount Pleasant, and Yaletown. At Ignite, we love what we do, and you can taste the result.

**The Company**: Ignite Pizzeria creates handmade artisanal pizza in a stone-baked oven, seeking quality, consistency, and generosity in all that we do. We use only the finest ingredients and aim to create the best quality pizza in the city. We are known for the pride we take in our handcrafted pizza, our amazing menu, and the great care we take with clients and employees alike.

**The Position**: We’re looking for a Pizza Maker, full time (35-40 hours per week) OR part time (20-30 hours per week). The pay range depends on experience; we offer an hourly rate plus average tips of approximately $3-4/hour.
*Staff benefits are available for those working full time (35 hours+)

**Requirements**:

- A friendly disposition and passionate work ethic
- Ability to work a combination of days, evenings, and weekends.
- Food safety experience an asset
- A great communicator and listener

**Responsibilities**:

- Hand crafted pizza making with passion, working with a stone-fired oven
- Ingredient preparation for a variety of toppings
- Teamwork / able to share the workload with other team members and help with other kitchen and cashier duties as required
- Able to work in a busy restaurant environment
- Able to follow stock and manage ingredient inventory
- Maintain a sanitary kitchen space

508 West Cordova in Gastown (corner with Richards, near Waterfront Station)

2588 Main Street in Mount Pleasant (corner of 10th, near Broadway and Main)

987 Mainland Street in Yaletown (next to Yaletown park)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vancouver, BC V6B 1T2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- cooking: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
