**Brewing August** 1614 W. 3rd Ave. Vancouver B.C. **FOH Team Member** Located between Kitsilano and Granville Island, Brewing August is now open for business. Now we’re hiring our first team members. If you’re interested in joining us as we grow, please send us your resume or stop by the brewery. Our biggest need right now is to find the right person to work and learn with us as we grow. **Your role will be**: - Passionately discussing beer with customers and answering questions. - Taking orders and pouring beer - Ensuring the off sales fridge is full. - Keeping the brewery clean and tidy. - Completing opening and closing procedures. **Required Skills**: - Prior serving experience. - Exceptional customer service skills. - A love and knowledge of craft beer. - Detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment. - A "can do" attitude and be capable of solving problems on the fly. - Experience with cash/float handling. - Understanding of food handling and preparation. - Must have a valid Serving it Right certificate. We are looking for part and full-time staff, and will pay $18 per hour plus tips to the successful applicant(s). Tips are pooled amongst our team, but will make a significant contribution to your income. Must be able to work Saturdays. Hours will be from 12pm - 10pm Monday - Sunday. Start times and work days will vary.
