Compugen is looking for a highly motivated Principal Consultant (PC), Enterprise Networking and Security. The PC is the most senior technical practitioner within the practice - capable of engaging enterprise clients at the CXO level, acting as a senior architect, trusted advisor and Compugen brand ambassador. Deep technical and consulting skills within Security solutions.

Job Functions

Sales Support and Enablement:
Work with AE’s and Solution Specialists to sell enterprise scale Network and Security engagements. In doing so, enhance practice sales processes and documentation.

Client Delivery:
Become the trusted technical architect for our key clients. Act as the most senior practitioner responsible for the successful delivery of a portfolio of Networking and Security projects leveraging internal practice staff, other Compugen staff, including, but not limited to PMO staff, Managed Services staff and other Technical Services staff as appropriate.

Practice Development:
Work with Practice Director and other key staff to grow and develop practice capabilities, including but not limited to: Strategic direction, marketing and branding, key service portfolio development, process improvement, documentation improvement, methodologies and new offerings development, general marketing and driving brand awareness in our marketplace.

People Development:
Working alongside the Practice Director and other senior practice staff, coach and develop our staff, provide challenging and interesting work and build practice skills and professional capabilities. This will likely involve OTJ training, delivering formal training and one on one coaching and mentoring.

Qualifications and Experience

Core Experience:

- Proven capability and in-depth knowledge of Networking and Security products from our key vendors, Fortinet, Aruba, Cisco
- Fundamental knowledge of enterprise architecture tools and methodologies.
- Proven ability to partner with sales to respond to and close major enterprise deals.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a senior leadership or principal consultant role.
- Experience working at the CXO and VP level as a trusted advisor.
- Ability to manage and successfully deliver major programs.
- Proven ability to manage staff including Compugen technical staff, client staff, intendant contractors and partner and vendor staff.
- Proven ability to coach and develop staff thru coaching and mentoring, OTJ training, and formal training.
- Proven ability to carry a sales and delivery quota.

Competencies & Skills
- Broad range of technical infrastructure skills with in-depth specialization in Networking and Security solutions, one or more of the below noted Certifications are mandatory
- Cisco CCIE Security and or CCIE R&S
- Fortinet NSE 7
- Aruba ACEP
- Excellent written work, presentation materials and superlative communication skills.
- Demonstrates confidence and gravitas - seniority, experience and value are never in doubt.
- Ability to build approaches to challenging client problems and then take clients (including executives) on a journey to the appropriate client outcome.
