Cafe Landwer is a large business in FOOD_BEVERAGE_SERVICES. Our goal is to Mika's Kitchen is a growing kitchen that serves Cafe Landwer as their commissary. We value fresheness and use quality ingredients. we are incharge of making, packaging and delivering fresh daily dips, soups, sauces, baked goods, desserts, pastries, bread etc Mika is looking for a full-time pastry chef to join our team in our Greater Toronto Area, ON location..

**Duties Include**:

- **Mixing bread dough, sourdough, etc..**:

- Folding, shaping and handling bread and buns
- Shaping different types of bread and buns
- Using several types of ovens
- understanding the process of proofing
- Cleaning equipment and preparing work areas
- Setting up and operating bread equipment
- Washing and packaging food products
- Packaging food products for shipping
- Packaging food products for resale
- Other duties as assigned

**Experience**:

- Prior experience working with bread is required.
- Prior experience working in a kitchen with a high level of attention to detail is required.
- Experience working in a food production kitchen with a high level of attention to detail is required.
- This position requires a high level of energy, initiative, and a positive attitude.
