**Responsibilities**
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean, sanitized kitchen and workspace
- Ensure that high-quality food is produced simultaneously and promptly
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven cooking experience as a line or prep cook
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Familiar with industry's best practices
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods
- Access to reliable transportation
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
