**Strickland's is looking for a full time Maintenance Custodian to help maintain our Brantford, Ontario dealership**

**This is an ideal position for those looking for a truely flexible schedule. As long as the responibilities are completed, you can make your own hours.**

Are you a morning person? Sure start as early as you like.

Do you need time off in the day? No problem.

Are you a night owl? Work as late as you want.

Do you want to work 9-5? Go right ahead.

**Responsibilities**:

- General cleanup of public areas, office spaces, washrooms and any other related areas (which may include but is not limited to sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal)
- Follow the daily, weekly, monthly, annual cleaning schedule as required
- Maintain sufficient supply of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Light building maintenance as required
- May include Yard maintenance
- Experience driving with plow on truck an asset
