**What You’ll Do**:
The Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all transactions related to accounts payable and other accounting support related activities. Responsible for general accounting functions as directed including:

- Processes invoices/billing files from service providers/vendors and internal cheque requests, including monthly Rebate Payments to customers
- Creates/uploads, processes payable invoices in the accounting software i.e., Microsoft Dynamics (NAV)
- Compiles and processes electronic fund transfers (EFT’s) and cheques
- Ensures accuracy of billing/payments through appropriate reconciliation, matching and verification
- Maintains the Accounts Payable sub-ledgers and relevant journals in accordance with Kawartha Dairy policies, procedures, and processes
- Responds to Vendor Inquiries, ensures accurate Vendor Records including addresses, terms, and method of payment, moving as many to EFT payment method as possible
- Other accounting duties as assigned

**What You Need to Get the Job Done**:

- Required
- Minimum three (3) year job related accounting experience
- Good mathematical and analytical skills
- Good knowledge of computerized accounting packages
- Exposure to accounting and data controls
- Preferred
- Experience in the NAV system an asset
