Housekeeper/room Attendant

Welland, Canada St. Charles Village Full time

As a part-time housekeeper (minimum 15 hours bi-weekly) you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing resident suites and common areas.

Your duties will include, but is not limited too;
- Washing floors
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms
- Dusting
- Vacuuming
- Picking up garbage and recycle
- Washing windows
- Maintaining main floor areas
- Preparing housekeeping cart for next shift
- Working with cleaning chemicals
- Other duties as assigned

Must be able to:

- Stand for long periods of time including bending and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Wear surgical mask for the duration all your scheduled shifts
- Rapid Test on site
- Good written and oral communications skills
- Ability to follow instructions following close attention to detail on how to use cleaning supplies properly and how to clean properly

Must be able to get Police Clearance for Vulnerable Sector and 2 step TB Test

Could possibly include some midnights shifts in the future.

COVID-19 considerations:
Provided mask, gloves and hand sanitizer

Must have COVID Vaccinations and 3rd Booster

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.30 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

- Day shift
