**You’re good at**:

- Building a high-performing team by cultivating a customer-centric approach and strengthening individual and group skills.
- Aligning inventory planning with sales forecasts and current systems to optimize customer service.
- Supervising the team in developing supply plans by product family to maximize capacity and efficiency.
- Responding swiftly to major customer or forecast changes and coordinating achievable plans.
- Overseeing planning parameters for appropriate, sustainable inventory levels.
- Identifying and implementing supply chain improvements to enhance business operations.
- Leading or participating in cross-functional and supply chain projects as required.
- Following all safety policies and training protocols.
- Ensuring timely and proactive updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Working with planners to meet set goals in plan attainment, adherence, and inventory levels.
- Conducting regular reviews with team members.

**What you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business/operations management, or a related field (preferred)
- At least 4 years of experience in inventory management, production planning, or similar areas, preferably within a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals.
- Minimum of 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain functions and processes (plan, source, make, deliver).
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while working with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in production planning and/or inventory management (an asset).
- Familiarity with integrated software systems.
- Experience with ERP, MRP, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proven leadership skills in coaching and developing employees.
- Strong communication skills - verbal, written and interpersonal.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complexity and change.
- Self-driven with effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to build relationships internally to drive engagement and collaboration.
- Proven success in navigating dynamic environments.
