Violet Wild Cannabis Co is a family owned and operated retail cannabis company located on beautiful Vancouver Island. We are a fully licensed recreational sales establishment focused on creating a custom cannabis experience as unique as each individual.

At Violet Wild, our goal is to help customers feel safe to experience cannabis in whatever way most aligns with their lifestyle. Our knowledgeable team is ready to assist customers in identifying the cannabis experience they wish to enjoy and connect them with the products that will best support their needs.

**As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for creating a premier customer experience and ensuring optimal operational standards.**

**Responsibilities of the position include**:

- Understanding and modelling the company values
- Opening and/or closing the store
- Cash management
- Fluency on the store’s point of sale system
- Maintaining an exemplary standard of product knowledge
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base on the various modes of consumption
- Providing an exemplary customer experience
- Check merchandising regularly to ensure it is correctly priced, displayed, and meets quality standard for cleanliness
- Receiving, organizing, and merchandising new products and accessories
- Maintaining the highest standard to cleanliness
- Possible delivery shifts

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.50-$18.00 per hour
