**Job Summary**

In Manitoba, we work closely with Efficiency Manitoba to deliver the Home Energy Install Program and In-Suite Energy Efficiency Program to residential homes and suites in Winnipeg and surrounding areas.

This position requires a self-starting individual with the ability to manage time and installation, while assisting homeowners and Property Managers through the Home Energy Install Program and In-Suite Energy Efficiency Program. As a Residential Technician you are responsible to install the free water and energy saving measures provided in the program.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare necessary paperwork and documentation according to program requirements
- Proper Installation of water and energy saving devices (training will be provided)
- Provide excellent customer service
- Accurately track and document installations

**Qualifications**:

- A proven self-starter who is highly motivated and willing to build new relationships is an asset
- Ability to problem solve while on site
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license
- Criminal background check required
- Must speak English

Compensation will be a combination of hourly plus commission.

$12 per hour plus $5 incentive per suite (4+ suites per hour is typical) $32/ hour + potential after commissions.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
