Vickar Autobody & Glass is recruiting a Prep & Paint Tech, who, under the direction of the General Manager, will primarily be responsible to assist in the paint repair of vehicles.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist painter in pre-paint blending
- Work with paint department to adhere to production deadlines and scheduled delivery dates
- Maintain working knowledge of changes in technology and repair techniques
- Ensure safe working conditions and adhere strictly to Workplace Safety & Health regulations
- Keep up proper housekeeping in work areas
- Perform in a team environment with mínimal supervision; assisting whomever and wherever it is safe to do so.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Valid MB class 5I or 5F driver’s license
- Attention to detail and quality is required
- Willingness to pay close attention to instructions and commitment to learning the trade
- Ability to operate industry tools (eg variable speed sander/polisher) safely and responsibly
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced working environment where customer satisfaction is priority #1
