QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Preferred minimum of 3 years experience on a swimming pool installation crew
- Strong ability to interpret instruction manuals, drawings, scale, and scope
- Proficiency in specific pool building materials, methods, tools, and equipment necessary for construction completion
- Hands-on experience with excavation, framing/bracing, measuring, cutting, leveling, fastening, and finishing
- Knowledgeable in pool operations, hydraulics, pool chemistry, pump/filter maintenance, and plumbing
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, small engine equipment, heavy equipment, and various materials
- Consistently delivers high-quality work with a keen attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Adept at working efficiently in a fast-paced environment with excellent stamina
- Comfortable working near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis
- Experienced in outdoor work under diverse conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold
- Capable and willing to transport, level, and backfill gravel as needed
- Proficient in understanding and executing verbal and written instructions
- Adherence to all company policies and regulations is mandatory
- Experience operating skid steers and mini-excavators is considered an asset
- Strong team player who takes direction well and communicates effectively
- Excellent time management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and punctuality in all tasks

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $22.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
