Sienci Labs Inc. is a leading manufacturer of CNC routers designed to make automated manufacturing more accessible. We create and design a line of CNC machine, tooling, software, and hardware accessories to unleash one’s creativity for both personal projects and for small-scale production.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for the smooth production of products and machines in our Waterloo ON production facility by working with our production team

**Responsibilities**
- Management of the production and assembly team
- Handling production and quality control issues
- Recording and documenting production data
- Creating work schedules and work orders
- Develop packing and assembly procedures
- Create and maintain packing and assembly stations

**Assets and requirements**
- Minimum 3 years in a management position in manufacturing
- Experience with CNC manufacturing technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with MRP systems
- Experience with logistics and shipping

**Salary and benefits**:

- Salary range 65,000-85,000/year
- Full health benefits after 3 months

**Work environment**:
This role is in-person only, from 9AM to 5PM.

Our offices are located in Waterloo ON.

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
