**Lead Carpenter Position in Greater Vancouver**

**(Exclusive to Greater Vancouver Applicants)**

**Position**: Full-Time Ticketed Carpenter (Permanent Role)

**Compensation**: $35 - $45 per hour (Experience-based)

**Work Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (_Paid overtime may be required_)

**Work Locations**: Vancouver Lower Mainland, including North Vancouver, Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby

Our distinctive approach involves in-house expertise and hands-on involvement in all trade aspects. With two decades of experience covering demolition, forming, framing, and finishing, we lead by example and seek an experienced Lead Carpenter who is passionate about the craft and can help lead our growing team.
- Possesses 5+ years of carpentry experience in both framing and finishing
- Possesses a valid and recognized carpentry certification
- Has the ability to lead others on site
- Is proficient in using tools and equipment, with a strong understanding of technique and methodology
- Is able to interpret construction drawings, blueprints and specifications
- Demonstrates commitment to maintaining safe working conditions
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills and professionalism when dealing with clients
- Is dedicated, reliable, and adaptable to various working conditions
- Possesses meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to precision
- Is open to learning, following directions, and receiving constructive feedback
- Excels in critical and creative problem-solving
- Possesses a broad skill set encompassing forming, framing, and finishing carpentry
- Owns a reliable vehicle able to reach various work locations
- Is physically fit and capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs
- Owns and provides their own personal power tools, hand tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
