Next stop our first PICKERING location Founded in Los Angeles in 2017 as a parking lot pop-up serving Nashville Hot Chicken, the Dave’s Hot Chicken brand has exploded into permanent restaurant locations throughout the U.S. Working with a team that C.A.R.E.S - Opportunities for growth and career advancement - "Grow from Within" environment at all levels - Full Training Program - Free Daily Onsite Restaurant Meals - Competitive Tip Pool program **Our Focus**: Team, People and Culture A unique quality - based environment with a “grow from within attitude”, committed to phenomenal experiences for our team members and the customers we serve. **Team Members will work productively in a fast-paced environment and be interacting with guests, work closely with other Team Members to complete tasks, and conduct other duties assigned by the restaurant management team.** **Abilities Required**: - Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays - Excellent time management skills - Strong people/guest service skills - Ability to look at the restaurant operations from a guest’s point of view - Ability to take initiative and solve problems - Able to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment - Effective communicator with co-workers and the restaurant management team **Additional Requirements**: - Smart Serve or equivalent Alcohol Serve Certification - Current student or high school diploma/GED preferred - Must be at least 16years old (18yrs - alcohol service position) - Ability to stand for long periods of time - Positive attitude while conducting any and all duties - Commitment to guest satisfaction - Able to bend and stoop - Able to work around heat - Able to work around others in close quarters - Able to lift 50-75 lbs. comfortably Applicants who do not already have legal permission to work in Canada will not be considered. **Dave’s Hot Chicken is an equal opportunity employer.
