Education
Graduation from a two-year program of study from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in computer science, information technology, information management or another specialty relevant to the position to be staffed.

Degree equivalency

Experience
E1 - Experience eliciting, analyzing and documenting business or system requirements to support information management (IM)* technology projects or initiatives.
- Information Management is a discipline that directs and supports effective and efficient management of information and data in an organization, from planning and systems development to disposal or long-term preservation.

E2 - Experience with testing and quality assurance activities.

E3 - Experience working with SharePoint, SharePoint forms and power automate.

Knowledge
E1 - Knowledge of trends, processes, challenges and opportunities related to information management (IM) and information technology.
