**JOB DESCRIPTION**: Dockhand
Seair Seaplanes is currently seeking a reliable, motivated individual to join our team as a **Dockhand**. This dynamic, hands-on role supports daily operations on the dock and ramp, ensuring the safe and efficient turnaround of aircraft and a positive experience for passengers.
**WORK HOURS**: 10-hour shifts, on a scheduled four-day work week. Must be available to work weekends.
**LOCATION**: Victoria, B.C.
**TERM**: Full Time

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)**:
- Perform general dock duties
- Secure aircraft on arrival and departure
- Load and unload cargo and baggage
- Handle and transport baggage safely and efficiently
- Clean and wash aircraft exteriors and interiors
- Refuel aircraft and monitor fueling procedures
- Greet and assist passengers upon arrival and departure
- Operate the company courtesy shuttle for passenger transport
- Escort passengers to and from the aircraft
- Communicate effectively with pilots, crew, and other personnel
- Perform light office and administrative tasks as needed
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Comfortable to lift to 50 lbs
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
- Previous experience in marine or aviation environments is considered an asset
**How to Apply**:

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
