**Retail Service Technician - Edmonton**

**Your tasks**
- Providing on-site repairs, installations, off-site remote troubleshooting
- Providing preventative maintenance of equipment.
- Listen to customer concerns and communicate all job related topics in an efficient and comprehensive manner.
- Set up and troubleshoot both wired and wireless network connected devices.
- Travelling to multiple locations & able to work flexible work hours.
- Intermittently lifting 60-80lb equipment and working in unusual climates.

**Your profile**
- Customer focused and self-motivated
- Degree or equivalent from two-year technical school or college
- Experience in repair and installation of PC based devices or processor controlled equipment
- Good analytical skills for troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Familiar with TCP/IP based connections and other system bus protocols
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Detail oriented

Pay: $18.76-$42.18 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

**Benefits**:

- Paid time off

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Service Technician: 4 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
