Extrusion and Injection Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain extrusion machines, including ABA plastic extrusion machines.
- Run and troubleshoot injection molding machines to ensure efficient production.
- Handle and process polyethylene tubing, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Perform hands-on mechanical tasks to support machine maintenance and repair.
- Operate forklifts to move materials and products safely within the facility.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of machines for new production runs.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in operating extrusion and injection molding machines.
- Experience with ABA plastic extrusion machines is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with machine maintenance and repair.
- Forklift experience.
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing setting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
