**About Us**

**Duties**
- Identify and scout new electronic music talent through various channels including live performances, social media, and music platforms.
- Collaborate with artists to help develop their sound and artistic vision while providing constructive feedback on their work.
- Maintain relationships with producers, songwriters, and other industry professionals to facilitate collaborations.
- Analyze market trends and audience preferences to guide talent acquisition strategies.
- Attend industry events, showcases, and festivals to network and discover new artists.
- Manage the recording process by coordinating studio time, sessions, and ensuring that projects stay on schedule.
- Prepare reports on artist development progress and present findings to management.

**Qualifications**
- Strong understanding of electronic music genres and trends.
- Proven experience in A&R or a related role within the music industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Ability to build rapport with artists and industry professionals.
- Familiarity with digital distribution platforms and music promotion strategies.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in project management.
- Passion for discovering new talent and a commitment to artist development.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
