Technician Support Co-ordinator

WELCOME HOME Trans Global is seeking to expand our service team. We are looking for a Full-Time Technician Support Coordinator with a great customer focused attitude The winning combination of superior teamwork, decision making, and self-motivation will ensure success. **Responsibilities**: - Provide superior support to our team of approximately 30 technicians by coordinating supplies, equipment, and fleet maintenance. - Drive customer service by working with the team to ensure work orders (events) are moved through the process when awaiting technician review. - Follow up with technicians regarding outstanding parts receiving and returns, holding them accountable to a high level of customer satisfaction. - Manage consumable replenishment by monitoring usage and maintaining minimum truck stock. - Procuring administrative supplies and equipment through existing vendors. - Coordinate fleet repairs and towing for up to 35 trucks including review of quotes for accuracy and cost effectiveness. - Maintain updated copies of technician and contractor licenses and pertinent information. - Review NPS and Google Surveys, providing background and feedback to the appropriate stakeholder. - Manage quarterly truck stock, part, and equipment inventories with technicians. - Maintain and communicate updated credentials for Manufacturer sites. - Other tasks as assigned. Qualifications: - Outstanding time management and prioritization skills. - Superior sense of urgency with a strong desire to take ownership and accountability of task completion. - Exceptional teamwork approach. - Proven ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines. - Strong negotiation skills will be considered an asset. - Customer Service focused. - Fluency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and Outlook - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Minimum College Diploma or High School with equivalent experience. - Valid “G” driver’s license and clean driving record.
