**What you will be doing**:
100% extended benefits premium covered by the company. No 3 month waiting period.

Monday to Friday (10:00 A.m to 6:00 P.m) at Tablet Pharmacy in Nanaimo. and Alternate Saturdays (10:00 A.m to 2:00 P.m, would be counted as overtime). We are closed Sundays and statutory holidays.

Main expectation(s) Processing Prescriptions : interpret and input all prescriptions, labels and consent forms to ensure patient information is up to date and in the pharmacy’s computer system. Help process blister packs and help at the pickup section. Return expired products and help with inventory management.
- Other assisting tasks:

- be able to deliver medications if needed ( i.e class 5 drivers license needed, company vehicle will be provided)
- Assist the Pharmacist with the preparation, packaging, and distribution of patient prescriptions
- Complete documentations such as third party management and reconciliation, filling prescriptions, printing, invoices, etc.
- Assisting with cashier responsibilities as required

**How you will succeed**:

- Having a can-do attitude when tasked with responsibilities
- Good communicator
- Good to work with teams
- Works with ownership
- Willingness to work weekends i.e. alternative Saturdays (starting January), (10am to 2pm, at our North Nanaimo location) will be considered as an asset
- Expertise in using KROLL software or Significant Prescription Processing Expertise is a REQUIREMENT
- 2 Years experience as a Pharmacy Assistant is a requirement.

For extended benefits : Unlimited Rx coverage (80% covered, 20% co-pay), Unlimited Dental (Accidental) - $3000 Cosmetic, vision, Massage etc... (accurate details provided during sign up). While you are employed, no dispensing fees would be charged to Parents.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour
