**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborate with business groups to gather and document requirements for new initiatives and projects.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and process reviews to understand current workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, business users, and vendors to ensure clear and consistent communication.
- Prepare and present findings and recommendations to various stakeholder groups, including steering members and end users.
- Analyze and document current-state vs. future-state processes to support decision-making and solution design.
- Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, and user stories that clearly outline business needs.
- Support the design and evaluation of solution options by conducting research and analysis on industry trends and best practices.
- Maintain a traceability matrix to ensure all requirements are addressed through development and testing phases.
- Collaborate with QA teams to review test plans and test cases, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Conduct sprint demonstrations for the project team.
- Develop user-friendly documentation including training guides, step-by-step instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quick reference materials.
- Plan and facilitate user training sessions (both live and virtual), tailored to different user groups and learning styles.
- Serve as a point of contact for user queries during go-live and post-implementation support.
- Contribute to the development of rollout strategies, go-live plans, and risk mitigation approaches.
- Work with operational leaders to ensure new processes and systems are embedded effectively in day-to-day activities.
- Monitor user feedback and system performance post-implementation and escalate issues as needed for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3-5 experience as a business analyst (or equivalent) role
- Experience working with projects implemented in health care settings.
- Understanding healthcare workflows, medical terminology, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, CMS standards).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working on software development projects.
- Experience working effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to create and manage training walkthrough videos\screen capture.
- Ability to run training and overview sessions with both technical and business audience
- Familiarity with low & no code tools like Power Apps and CoPilot Studio.
- Proficient in using productivity tools such as MS Office, Figma, Miro, Visio, JIRA etc.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with Power BI, M365, D365.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate complex clinical and business scenarios.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
- Skilled in facilitation and elicitation techniques (interviews, workshops, observations).
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Visio, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies.
