Ridge Rock Brewing Company is looking for a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our BOH team. Located in the heart of Carp, we’re known for our craft beer, great food, and genuine hospitality.

As a Line Cook, you’ll work alongside our BOH team to prepare and plate high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for creating great food.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to Ridge Rock standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with prep work, inventory, and daily line setup
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams

**Requirements**:

- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends

Pay: $18.00 per hour
