**Responsibilities**:

- Must have previous chef/assistant chef experience
- Assist in the prep of the kitchen plan
- Setup work stations with all the necessary ingredients and the cooking equipment
- Prep and marinate the necessary ingredients along the team
- Work with the team to ensure the best quality of meals are produced
- Ensure the presentation is great by garnishing and dressing the dishes
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment
- Maintain record of food costs, consumption and inventory
- Help in creation of recipes
- Communicate with other teams to ensure the necessary supplies are in the kitchen

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as cook +1 year
- Excellent knowledge of culinary skills
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures
- Ability to work in team
- Excellent physical stamina
- Valid G Drivers license is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Casual

**Salary**: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Work Location: In person
