We are currently seeking a reliable Millwork Project Coordinator to provide support to project managers and play a crucial role in managing and overseeing various aspects of projects to ensure successful project completion.

**Responsibilities**

**Project Planning and Scheduling**:

- Collaborate with project managers and team members to create project plans and schedules.
- Monitor and update project timelines and milestones.
- Ensure that all project activities are on track and within the defined schedule.

**Resource Management**:

- Coordinate the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Track resource availability and make adjustments as necessary.
- Communicate resource needs to relevant departments or individuals.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Generate regular progress reports and distribute them to stakeholders.
- Update project documentation to reflect changes or updates.

**Communication and Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Facilitate communication between team members, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Organize and conduct project meetings, including kick-off, status updates, and post-project reviews.
- Ensure that all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities.

**Risk Management**:

- Identify and assess potential project risks.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements.
- Perform quality control checks and assist in resolving quality-related issues.

**Budget and Cost Management**:

- Assist in budget development and tracking.
- Monitor project expenses and ensure they align with the budget.
- Report on budget variances and recommend corrective actions.

**Issue Resolution**:

- Identify project issues and obstacles.
- Collaborate with the project team to find solutions and resolve problems.
- Escalate critical issues to the project manager or senior management when necessary.

**Document Management**:

- Maintain a centralized repository for project-related documents.
- Ensure document version control and access control.

**Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to project managers and team members.
- Assist in procurement, vendor management, and contract administration.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and best practices.
- Implement and promote project management methodologies and tools.

**Requirements**:

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven working experience in construction management
- Knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Competent in conflict and crisis management
- Leadership and sense of urgency
- Ability to work well in a team with a good understanding of project management principles and tools.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
