**Job Summary**:
As the **Exteriors Manager**, you will oversee all aspects of exterior construction projects, including siding, windows, doors, and other exterior finishes. You’ll manage crews, coordinate with subcontractors, ensure timelines and budgets are met, and maintain a strong focus on safety and quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of exterior projects from start to finish
- Coordinate scheduling, labor, materials, and equipment
- Supervise and support site crews and subcontractors
- Ensure all work is completed to code, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Conduct site inspections and address issues proactively
- Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and vendors
- Quote exterior projects, maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control efforts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Additional pay:
