**What You’ll Do**:

- **Engage with Customers** - Have meaningful conversations, in-person or electronically, to understand customer needs, preferences, and budget.
- **Showcase Vehicles** - Highlight features and benefits of our impressive range of Subaru models.
- **Guide Clients Through the Purchase Process** - Help customers find the perfect vehicle to match their requirements.
- **Enhance the Buying Experience** - Conduct test drives and detailed product demonstrations to create a seamless car-buying journey.
- **Deliver Outstanding Customer Service** - Ensure satisfaction beyond the sale by providing an exceptional experience throughout the process.
- **Support Dealership Success** - Fulfill other duties as required by managers to contribute to the overall success of Subaru of Charlottetown.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Passion for the Automotive Industry**- You love cars and want to share that enthusiasm.
**Sales & Customer Service Experience**- 2 years Automotive sales experience a must.
**Energetic & Personable**- A polished, professional appearance and eager to meet people.
**Strong Communicator**- Whether in-person, over the phone, or through video, you can connect with clients effortlessly.
**Highly Organized & Self-Motivated**- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and never miss a beat.
**Team Player & Go-Getter**- You work well with others but also know how to hustle independently.
**Valid Driver’s License**- A must-have for test drives and vehicle deliveries.
