**Summary**

As a Residential and Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, your core skills in cleaning and commercial cleaning will be essential in executing daily tasks effectively. Your custodial experience will enhance your ability to manage diverse cleaning needs, while attention to detail and time management will contribute to high-quality service. Join our team to play a vital role in delivering exceptional cleaning services that meet our organization’s standards and client expectations.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in residential and commercial cleaning
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
- Custodial experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients

**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, ensuring all areas are spotless and well-maintained.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment for various surfaces and environments.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled hours.
- Adhere to safety protocols while handling cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
