This position works with professionalism and consistency to understand and sell our Kitchen renovation services to potential new clients. **Benefits/Perks**: - Paid Training - Competitive Compensation - Bonus and commission Opportunities - Steady work - Growth Opportunities - Flexible work schedule **Duties and Responsibilities**: - Generate leads by working contacts and social media. - Qualifies each prospect’s wants and needs into a plan of actions. - Gathers the information necessary to create a cabinet layout, which meets the customer’s needs. - Creates estimate proposal and related information to present to the customer with the goal of advancing sale and closing the sale - Gathers “before” and "after' photos photograph, creates side by sides and posting on social media albums. - Revises quotes as customers’ wants and needs are assessed. - Communicates necessary information to the project manager to enable them to complete ordering of materials. - Continues customer contact during the project and monitors all related activities. - Follow up after project completed to ensure satisfaction and positive review. **Job Requirements**: - English and French written and spoken REQUIRED - Strong negotiating skills - Highly motivated, dependable, with strong work ethic - Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Professional demeanor **Why Work for Kitchen Tune-Up**: - Rapid growth in the market. - Growth opportunities available, if desired. - Sales training and all sales tools provided. - Ongoing training and coaching provided. - Part-Time position heavily weighted on commission on sales with hourly rate as base. - We are a high quality company with a great team and excellent reputation.
