**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Interpret and work from schematics to accurately build structures.
- Construct frameworks for buildings, including walls, roofs, and floors.
- Restore existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged components.
- Install siding and other exterior finishes as required.
- Perform concrete finishing tasks to ensure smooth surfaces.
- Utilize concrete forming techniques for foundation work.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure project completion.
- Engage in heavy lifting as necessary to move materials and equipment.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints.
- Experience in building and restoring structures with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of siding installation techniques.
- Familiarity with concrete finishing methods and concrete forming practices.
- Ability to weld when required for specific projects.
- Competence in using hand tools such as saws, hammers, and drills.
- Experience with power tools including nail guns, sanders, and mixers.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
