IT Project Manager
Recochem is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our expanding IT team with ongoing business projects. Reporting to the Project Director, the PM will be responsible to create and manage project plans, facilitate meetings, gather updates on open deliverables, monitor schedules and budgets, working with various teams across the organization as well as external partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, budgets, and expenditures
- Identify project risks and issues in a timely manner
- Organizing, attending, and participating in project meetings
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
- Documenting business processes and workflows
- Ensuring project deadlines are met
- Providing administrative support as needed
- Undertaking project tasks as required
- Ensuring projects adhere to the defined PMO processes
- Working with multiple teams across our many companies globally

**Requirements**:

- At least three (3) years of experience in a related field; IT experience is preferred, Manufacturing and Cyber experience are considered assets
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills (advanced English)
- Must be bilingual French/English
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaborating with multiple teams
- Comfortable creating process flow documentation using PowerPoint, Visio, or other tools
- Knowledge of file management and other administrative procedures; SharePoint, Azure Dev Ops
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Takes initiative and exhibits a positive attitude
- Considers challenges opportunities for growth with an open mind-set
