**As a Floor Manager, You Will**:

- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of an upscale casual dining restaurant.
- Support the high standards of quality in our Food and Beverage programs.
- Coordinate and conduct pre-shift meetings and ensure daily communication for Food, Wine, and Beverage details related to service.
- Develop and maintain staff's product knowledge through ongoing training, seminars, and tastings.
- Foster a positive work environment where staff development and achievements are recognized.
- Treat the workplace as your own business, being accountable for decisions affecting our guests and team while advancing company goals and vision.
- Mentor, inspire, and motivate your team to reach their full potential.

**We’re Looking For Someone Who**:

- Has at least two years of management experience in the restaurant industry.
- Is an experienced Hospitality Manager with strong interpersonal skills, guest service expertise, and communication skills.
- Is a networker and entrepreneurial leader, ambitious about their personal and professional growth.
- Shows professionalism and dedication to delivering the highest quality service.
- Can lead the team in skills development, performance goals, and financial success.
- Possesses strong computer and office administration skills.
- Has Occupational First Aid and Safe Liquor certifications (preferred).
- Is passionate about food, beverage, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Demonstrates reliability, attention to detail, and an ability to build and foster relationships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Hospitality Management: 2 years (required)
