This is a permanent full time hybrid position with time split between home and our Edmonton Head Office. Hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm.

**What your day to day will look like**:
**Reporting directly into the CFO scoping appropriate bids for both recurring and new client RFP's.**
- **Bid Pricing;** Review all bid documents, create pricing strategy and bid pricing framework, investigate activity cost factors and critical success factors for accurate bidding, highlight bid methodology for Management review.
- ** Bid Evaluation; **conduct a post mortem bid evaluation, maintain all documentation in analytics database and monitor model trends for insights in bidding and current win/ loss margins.
- ** Ad Hoc Pricing; **Analyze and estimate pricing changes on existing locations and adhoc services.
- ** Support Team;** Assist Controller and others in the department as needed occasionally includes AR, AP and process improvement initiatives.

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Must have minimum 3-5 years in an analysis/ financial modeling role
- Advanced MS Excel skills specifically to create and edit complex formulas
- Must have strong knowledge of general financial accounting and analysis framework
- Post Secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field would be an asset
- Must have strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and the ability to problem solve
- Tech savvy know your way around computers and be able to pick up new programs quickly
- Ability to adapt communication style acting as main liaison between multiple departments both internal and external
- This is a very autonomous role you will have team and company support but will work independently so must be able to self manage and have strong time management skills
