**PURPOSE OF POSITION**:
The Receiver is responsible for accurately and efficiently receiving inbound shipments for the Warehouse. Receiving is the gate-way to our company, so we are looking for fast, accurate, and motivated people to take care of what's coming in the door. Accuracy, ability to count and sort, and strong RF scanner experience is required.

**There are two levels of the Receiver position**:
1. Floor Receiver - does RF scanner work, sorts and builds pallets for storage, does not operate heavy machinery
2. Forklift Receiver - does RF scanner work, sorts & builds pallets for storage, loads & unloads trailers using Forklifts, puts away pallets using Forklifts
The level of Receiver has a direct impact on wage rate.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Unload inbound shipments from trailer, verifying products received to the packing list or purchase order
- Enter products in the RF scanner, carefully and accurately entering highly detailed information (e.g. product number, quantity, expiry date, lot numbers)
- Hand-bomb certain client product as required, lifting boxes to sort by product, re-build skids etc.
- Follow all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for client-specific receiving requirements
- All other duties as assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 1-2 years Warehouse experience
- RF scanner (handheld) experience preferred, but we'll train
- Exceptional attention to detail & good accuracy
- Growth opportunities available
